These are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have questions that aren’t listed below please feel free to ask us!

 

 How to book a date for my event?

Select your package then, your preferred date/time on calendar if available, Fill out booking forms. we will contact you to confirm.

How far in advance should I book my event? 

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Popular spaces fill up fast.

Do you provide food & beverage?

We do not provide any food and beverage beyond water/sparking water listed in the booking.  However you are encouraged to bring your own and/or purchase one of our add-ons for your enjoyment. We currently partner with *Honey Melon+Board* to provide Charcuterie Offerings.

Do you serve Alcohol

No we do not. it is the reponsibility of the client to check any regulation pertaining to Alcohol usage at the event site.  Hy Commodity Boutique takes no responsibility of any alcohol consumption.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, only accept payment through our booking portal. Note a 50% deposit is required at booking to secure you event date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy/refunds?

All deposits made to secure your event are non-refundable for any reason.  However, if you need to reschedule, we require at least a 7 day prior to your event date notices. Anytime after that, a $100 rescheduling fee will be implemented to all non-weather related reschedules. If you decide to reschedule, event must be done within 2 months from the original date and package selected. 

What if it is inclement weather?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nor predict weather conditions.  We will notify you the day before and/or on the morning of your event if we expected it to be an issue due to the weather. You will have the option to relocate indoors or reschedule. If you decide to reschedule, you have up to 2 months from the original date and package selected to do so.

Can I have picnic at any location?

We will happily provide you with suggestions if you do not have a set location in mind. However, our team will need to confirm your requested location, after proper assessment is made to ensure that special picnic permits aren’t required.

What if something is broken or missing from the picnic? 

All of our clients are required to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our policy state that you will be responsible for all the items that are used throughout the duration of your event. Any damaged/missing items that belongs to Hy Commodity Boutique Picnics will be assessed and invoiced with the description of the damage and the fees. you will be financially liable to cover the cost of these damaged/missing items 

What if I need to leave the picnic early?

Just Call or text us and we will meet you back at the location within 30mins or less. please keep mind you are responsible for all items missing/stolen so please do not leave before we arrive.

How will you get in my room/airbnb?   

You can leave us a key at the front desk. We can meet you at check-in and provide us with a key. You can provide us with your lock code key (airbnb) We cannot check in for you.  It is the clients responsibility that we have access to your room.
